9/11 Free Fall 8/14/14: Ted Walter and Dennis McMahon — the High-Rise Safety Initiative goes to court.

Last month the High-Rise Safety Initiative campaign submitted over 67,000 petition signatures calling for a ballot measure that would require the City of New York to investigate the collapse of WTC 7 and any future high-rise collapses. Now the City has attempted to block it from appearing on the ballot this November and the matter is headed to court.
